Integration of Spirituality

Anna is also experienced in integrating spiritual considerations into her therapy and believes spiritual health is interconnected with our physical, mental, emotional and relational health. Anna understands that many people have had hurtful experiences in religious contexts and aims to provide a safe place to heal from those wounds. Anna creates a safe place to explore various beliefs and experiences and enjoys working with clients from various faith perspectives.
